Pickup and local delivery only
Bruno Bites cookies are baked to order in South East Melbourne and are available by local pickup or local delivery only. We do not post cookies, so no postal shipping options will appear at checkout.
How the weekly cycle works
Orders open every Thursday and close the following Wednesday. We bake those orders fresh for pickup or local delivery that Friday and Saturday. A new ordering window opens every Thursday, and the same rhythm continues week by week.
Local pickup
Pickup is free. Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order on Friday or Saturday. The pickup address and instructions will be in your confirmation email. Please bring your confirmation email (on your phone is fine) when you collect your order.
Local delivery
We deliver within our South East Melbourne delivery area on Friday and Saturday. Any delivery fee is shown at checkout. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address, as cookies are perishable and will be left at the door if no one answers. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, so please double-check your details at checkout.
Storing your cookies
Your cookies are baked the same weekend you receive them. They are best enjoyed within a few days, stored in an airtight container at room temperature. They also freeze well; warm gently before eating for that fresh-baked centre.
