What happens when plans change—or a box is not quite right.

Made-to-order food

Every Bruno Bites box is baked fresh to order for Friday or Saturday pickup or local delivery. Because our cookies are perishable food, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once orders close on Wednesday and baking has begun.

Changing or cancelling your order

Need to change your flavours or cancel? Email us at brunobitescookies@gmail.com before orders close on Wednesday and we will update your order or refund you in full.

If something is not right

We want every box to be perfect. If your cookies arrive damaged, are not what you ordered, or are not of acceptable quality, email us at brunobitescookies@gmail.com within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Missed pickups

If you do not collect your order during the pickup window and have not contacted us to make other arrangements, we are unable to refund the order, as your box was baked especially for you and cannot be resold. If something has come up, get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that food is safe and of acceptable quality. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
