About Bruno Bites
Bruno Bites sells NY-style stuffed cookies, baked to order in South East Melbourne, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Refund, Pickup and Delivery and Privacy policies. You can contact us at brunobitescookies@gmail.com.
Orders
Cookies are sold in boxes of four. You choose your flavour mix when ordering and it is saved to your order, so we bake exactly what you chose. Orders open every Thursday and close the following Wednesday. Those orders are baked fresh for pickup or local delivery that Friday and Saturday, and a new weekly ordering window opens each Thursday. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. If we ever need to cancel a weekly bake or an order (for example, illness or an ingredient issue), we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and payment is taken securely at checkout. We are a small business not currently registered for GST, so GST is not added to prices.
Allergens
Our cookies contain gluten (wheat), dairy, egg and soy. Some flavours contain tree nuts, including hazelnuts in our Nutella-filled cookies. All cookies are baked in a single kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, egg and soy, so we cannot guarantee any cookie is free of any allergen. Please do not order if you or the person eating them has a severe food allergy.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and local delivery work as described in our Pickup and Delivery policy. Once your order has been collected or delivered, storage and handling are in your hands; please follow the storage guidance in that policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place your order applies to that order.
